Hi!
I am planning to join this tour. I have some questions.
- Can I carry one carrier and one carry-on bag on the bus?
- What time will be, if I finish my tour in Las Vegas?
Thanks!
Dear Soohyun,
Each guest is allowed to bring a standard size luggage (50lbs or less) and a small carry-on bag as well.
If you decide to end in Las Vegas on the last day, you will be dropped off at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino around noon time.
Best Regards,
Jane

Dear Sir, we will be arriving at SF on 25th June, evening time. We are a family with a young boy (3 persons) and want to take a 4-day Grand Canyon tour (South or West Rim) on 27th or 29 th June, 2015. Can we make our reservation after we arrive at SF for one of these 2 tours (departure: SF, end: SF). Do the hotels make such kind of arrangements with your company? Can the hotel receptions help us for tour reservation. Do you advice weekend or in the week tours as far as crowded and traffic is concerned? Thank you in advance for your prompt reply. Rgds.
Dear Pinar,
You will be required to submit your reservation at least 3 days in advance as the booking process can take from 1-2 days.
Tour code 6-732 will begin and end in San Francisco.
Hotel accommodation during the tour is already included in the price.
If hotel extension is needed before or after the tour, please leave us a note on the comment box section with your required dates and we will send you an updated email with a quotation for your hotel extension.
There may be less of a crowd if you depart on a weekday than on a weekend but currently the 27th of 29th of June are still available for booking.
Best Regards,
Jane

Hi,
I'm planning to take this tour on Tuesday 27 Oct 2015. My question: what time will we arrive in Las Vegas? is it 7.30pm?
If I want to have buffet dinner, say at Wynn and watch the show there, will we have enough time or these two that evening?
Thank you very much.
Dear Marissa,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Normally, this tour will arrive in Las Vegas around 7:30 pm. Once you arrive at the hotel, you have the rest of the night to explore and go out on your own.
Depending on available show times and the buffet hours you may have an opportunity to do these things, although we cannot guarantee it.

Tom
